who thinks running 31s on a 7" rim with a +4 offset will hit the springs all the time?

I'm running 31's on a 7" rim, I think it's either 0 or +6 (can't remember!) and they do hit on full lock both ways.
I had thought that my steering was substantially compromised, but then after playing around with some spacers on and off an doing a bit of measuring I worked out I'm only missing about 5mm of movement each way.

Ah I see! I wouldn't be too concerned about the offset, chances are you will only loose a tiny bit of lock. I don't even notice mine 99% of the time. If it really did bother you though you could easily extend your steering stops a bit.

I'm running my 31's on -13 15x7 rims and only the very outer part of the side lugs touches the springs. I'd just extend the steering stops a little on a +4 rim, the tyre hitting spring noise I find a bit annoying, especially if it was a daily.
