It's that time of year again!

3 Months from now you will be On Tour with the Suzuki Club!

Lets get the roll call going with all the definates and maybes, and start thinking of where to stay and where to go.

This year Labour Day will be the weekend of:

I am 99% in, pretty anxious about following you guys into the worst tracks you can find so if any of you are running hard trips that you aren't posting up in the forum between now and AT2013 and wouldn't mind me coming along in my still being built Sierra so I can get some more feathers in my hat then give me a hollar.

I've seen the pictures and videos of what you guys get up to, and wasn't too sure if me/my brick would be up to the challenge! If you guys reckon I would make it then I'll dive in head first!

You're more than welcome, however, take into account we have some minimum standards for the tour.

You need to be a current financial member.
We always used to mandate 31's and one locker as the minimum for a Sierra, and 33's and twin lockers for anything bigger. I'm going to strongly recommend tyres over 31's and twin lockers even for a sierra. The smallest tyres on last years tour were tall 33's. Nobody was running less than twin lockers.

Whilst we encourage untested, just completed cars on tour, it's important to know your car is functional, with no obvious weak links like stock gearing, a dodgy clutch or loose battery terminals that you know about. Obviously stuff breaks on tour, and it's common to be working on our junk, but it's annoying to be troubleshooting pre-existing problems on tour.

As it stands, I'm twin locked, gears and 32's (more like 31's though), looking at getting some double toughs soon and squeezing in some 33's, and then hopefully give it a few good runs before AT2013 and see how it's going!
And obviously cough up and become financial!

Had catistrofic engine failer last Friday. Destroyed the bottom end.
