Edit: Meeting Point has been decided - 9am in Gembrook in carpark opposite the Pub (Puffin Billy Train Station)

TRIP TITLE:
Last Hard Trip for the 2011/12 Summer Season

TRIP DATE:
Sunday 3-Jun-2012

TRIP DESCRIPTION:
We always try to run a hard trip before queens birthday weekend.

This gives us one last chance to beat on our cars before track closures, and still allows people one week to repair any damage if they are attending Micko's camping trip over the Queens Birthday Weekend (June 9-11).

Obviously we will be driving the hardest tracks we can find - which will hopefully be quite wet, slippery and challenging (i.e. hard!).

TRIP LOCATION:
Likely locations are Yarra State Forest or Gembrook and surrounds

TRIP RATING:
Hard

TRIP MEETING POINT:
9am - Gembrook

ATTENDEES:
Greg - Sierra

keen but not committing just yet... 1.5 months should be enough time to get my zook back to semi roadworthy and trail ready status...

45 days to wiggle a battery terminal?

that's even slower than mika's driving.

nah it'll take me a few nights at least to work out how many layers of foil cake tin i'll need to bulk up my negative terminal....the rest of the time will be sorting out that massive bunch of wires under the dash in the passenger footwell left over from the DTEC disaster cooling module testing.

Tonight's meeting indicated that Warburton should be the go if conditions are damp, Labertouche if conditions are dry.

This should allow for maximum hardness on the day.
