Im sorry guys, Im not going to be around to organise this. I have a job on for most of February and I cant get there.

Could someone please take over the reins please.

Im still happy to sort the new club shelter, I have a BBQ that the club can use and pic up on the way and I have a table and a few chairs.

Hey Guys,

As wandin is fast approaching I think we need to decide if its going ahead as it looks like there arent a lot of people showing commitment at the moment.

Please reply stating if you will be in attendance for the day on sunday and if you plan to stay saturday night or help set up on sat afternoon

I have made a list of jobs below, we need volunteers to do them, pls add anything I have missed

1. Bring Easy ups - what have you got? - Chris and Mock to organise
2. Trestle tables - at least 2 would be good - Chris to organise 1, still waiting for someone else for another 1 or 2
3. Club merchandise - I think we can just grab this at the club meeting and get someone to bring it
4. Club brochures and magazines etc - Does anyone have anything they can throw together for newbies?
5. Membership forms - Dank can you print a stack? - Dank to organise
6. BBQ - who has one to bring?
7. Food and drinks - I will reimburse whoever buys the food but we need sausages/burgers, bread, sauce and drinks - (Marty looking at you )
8. Esky and ice
9. Laptop/tv with video from trips and sufficient power would be good?
10. Banners, do we have anything to help us be identified? - Mock to organise

Cars - who has a car that we can put on display? Greg, Dank, Harley, Christover, Mitch, Michael, Travis anyone else? Open to offers I think we want 2 or 3? - Christover and Steve125 confirmed
I can tow a trailer up and pick up anything between Caulfield and Wandin including zooks.

As stated in the other thread I can help on the Sunday, however I can't stay on the Saturday night as I'm conducting a microbat survey.

I can help set up Saturday and pack up Sunday. However I won't be able to make it on Sunday until about 2pm.

I have a trestle table, a 2.5 mtr marquee and a TV with a DVD player built in: but no generator.

I won't be able to make the meeting this Wednesday.

Let me know here if I can be of help.

I can print off some forms and bring to the meeting this week. Unfortunately I ve got too many excuses not to be at Wandin so I won't make it on the day or the sat.

Thanks Chris - Trestle table and marquee would be fantastic. I will let you know about the TV if we can get something put together to show on it. Is there a sign/colours on the marquee at the moment?
