I guess it is modified from a hand tractor. the diesel engine is around 8kW power.

We were seeing them in Spain and they are like a rotary hoe type set up with a PTO mount on the back this one has been mounted on to the front of a 3 wheel 800cc truck from Italy and seams to have hidro steer set up??
