Mt Worth Again - 18th July Sunday
Posted: Wed 14 Jul, 2010 2:57 pm
Ok guys going to head back into Mt Worth State Park.
There was some good potential up there in the hills and is worthy (haha) of some further exploration so we are keen to go and hit up some of the nastier hill climbs I saw on Luke's track and also possibly explore a bit further out as well... it's seriously like the otways of the east.
Going to upgrade this trip to a hard rating..just because I really don't know what we'll be getting ourselves in for..pure exploratory trip...just want to get out and have some wheel spinning fun in the pine plantations. We'll probably get lost....pack warm clothes. Will probably require 31" muddies and a locker preferable, but if no locker no probs!
Meeting at Yarragon main St, 9am for 9.30am departure. At the first bakery on the right heading from melbourne, cheap and good food. 1st right turn off the hwy onto the service rd.
