I don't think I'll be able to do Friday, will see if we can re-jig some things and let you know.

Do the cars need to be paid up members of our club? or just a 4WD club?

Would like to get a map or two between now and then to be a responsible trip leader. Any recomendations?

Not really keen on just one night up there (long drive at the crack of dawn to meet up with you guys). But i decided to finally get my broken axle out of the jim (just in case) and put the stock ones back in, as there is no way i am 3 wheel driving on snow. Turns out the side gears are stuffed so I will need to get this fixed before I can get out anyway :(.

what are people doing for firewood ?

If anyone has more wood than they have room to carry it then i'd be happy to lug some up the mountain.

Otherwise I will be buying some crappy fast burning stuff from Bunnings or stopping by the side of the road on thursday with the bow saw to cut some up when I it the bush.
