Gee glad I didn't come after all. I reckon there would have been a third car go over if I had come along - lol.
Instead I did manage to find where my rear locker was leaking from so I can sleep now that I know what I need to do to fix it.

Hi Folks,

Here's a quick trip report:

Sunday 9am - we all met up ready to roll in Gembrook before cruising out to Dyers Creek picnic area where we met the rest of the party and aired down.

From there is was a short drive to Andersons Track (10am-ish), which is in great nick at the moment and was a lot of fun to play on. All vehicles struggled in some areas, with no single car managing to drive the whole thing without a bit of assistance.

Bonus points were awarded to Steve125 and newbie Brendan for car tipping skills.

A special mention should also be given to Noel for stepping on the only banana peel on an otherwise very dry and grippy track.

At 1:30 we transitted via Bunyip Ridge Track (which would be a great challenging drive going up on a medium trip) to Robertsons Track in Labertouche which was also great fun.

Steve G and Mika (kind of) drove the boulder section by navigating slightly around the rocks.

By the time we summitted the climb it was 5:15 and time to call it a day, but not before descending via Bullock Link in the dark, then 2wding all the way back to Gembrook in misty rain with no day light, and rescuing 2 motorbike riders on the way.

A great day was had by all, and a great taste of a harder day out for Steve125, newbie Brendan and Jon. Hopefully we havent scared you guys off too badly.

Looking forward to seeing more photos as they appear.

Cheers,
Greg
