Members of this club have a habit of starting little weekend jobs that become year long builds.

seats in. dash mostly in. winch works. power steering isnt leaking. inner guards half done. need to wire up indicators etc but thats easy. lots of clean work left to do.

Unfortunately the weather conditions and fire risk for Sunday have forced me to cancel this trip.

The BOM says 39 in Melb, 35 in Toolangi - that's too hot for anyone to enjoy pushing cars and dropping transfer cases.

The CFA has just upped the Fire Risk to Severe.

Sorry to disappoint. I will try my best to squeeze in another Toolangi Med-Hard trip post tour and pre track closures (Apr - May).

In all honesty Chris - nothing about that combined day was easy to organise.

2 seperate trips on 2 seperate days is preferable from a Trip Leader point-of-view.

Plus there will be a percentage of members that may want to attend both levels of trips - so having them on seperate days would allow this to happen.
