Accomodation Update:

I have been in contact with the Outpost Retreat - it turns out that there has been a mix up with our booking.

We had 3 cottages locked in for Sat and Sun, but they only have us down for 2.

So - the end result is that we will need to put some people on the floor.

We cannot pitch tents (i asked).

So - please being a sleeping bag and mat if you have them - that should get us around this issue.

Oh - and for people wanting to park their cars on Saturday morning - yes - it is ok to park in the customer parking area on Saturday morning, but not ok up at the cabins since they will still be occupied by the Friday night customers.

I said 8am was the likely drop off time - so please be nice and quiet down there won't you.

We dont have access to the cabins until 1pm Saturday.

As always - if unclear - give me a call.

Cheers,
Greg

Monday night - home and hosed...

I won't write a trip report right now, but a quick FYI that there are a few pending items to do with coinage...

Accomodation Cost:
For those of you that stayed overnight at the Outpost Retreat - The end cost turned out to be $37.50 a night - which is $75 for the two nights.

Beer Cost:
Jim was nice enough to float two slabs on the weekend. The total cost was $104 for 2 slabs - which comes to $2.20 per beer. Please have a think back to how much you drank. If this equation is not possible to calculate, we might ask the club committee if its possible to float this cost so that Jim doesnt end up out of pocket.

Note: The other alternative is that Harley and Dan could float the beer costs with all the fines they will be paying at the club meeting after bringing that Jeep along :D

A few pics here, only a select few that didn't have number plates showing. I'll get some time through the week at some stage to blank out some plates and post some more.

if we keep the pics on the members forum here then it shouldn't be an issue for chopping out plates!
