Hi All,

I just thought I would post an update and some usefull info prior to the trip.

Fuel available every day in main st Robe and i would think there would be no need to carry extra fuel as we will be back in Robe each day to refuel as needed.
There is a Foodland supermarket in the main st also.Open daily from 7.30 am to 7.00pm.A short stroll from the caravan park.

Pack daily lunches,snacks,water etc as once we leave Robe we wont be near anywhere to get supplies.
Remember your sand flag,long handled shovel and recovery gear.

On Sunday the trip departs at 9.00am sharp from the front of the Foodland supermarket to head south to Beachport etc for a days crazy beach and dune driving.This may end up being a long day depending on what we get up to.
Tea at the Pub.

I had planned a lay day and some people have expressed an interest in heading up to Naracoorte to check out the fossil caves so we can do that if there is interest.
Alternately the local beaches offer fantastic fishing if that what you want,or just chill out in Robe for the day.
This can be Monday or Tuesday.
BBQ tea and drinks at Sea Vu caravan park.Weather permitting.

The alternate day we will head along the beach to the north of Robe towards Salt Creek and the Coorong for another days beach action and exploring local camping areas and tracks.

Wednesday head home.

We are down to 5 cars now which means we should be able to cover some good distances and see a fair bit of what the area has to offer.

I will be heading over either Friday or early Saturday and expect to be in Robe mid afternoon Saturday.

Hi guys, Looking forward to the trip. Just wanted to confirm the travel to Robe on Saturday and the meeting time on Saturday? If we were to drive up to Robe on our own what time and where do we meet up in Robe? Sea Vu? Anything planned for Saturday or does the actual driving start on Sunday at 9am meeting in front of Foodland? Ta, Beng

Van park is booked for us starting Saturday night.
Does not matter what time you get there.
Sand driving starts Sunday morning.
