Permit application submitted this morning.

Permit approved but does not include Greg at this stage. I will post up the list of vehicles on the permit tonight so they can be double checked by all.

We're booking a house 100m from the pub for the fri and sat nights.

Spare room with double bed $100 per night.
Other room with 2 singles $50 per bed per night.

Greg is now included but not the nominated trip leader as I did not have his address. As the nominated trip leader I now designate Greg to be the lead car. Chris is the nominated tail end Charlie on the permit but my guess is the bigger cars need to go up front if there is any really heavy snow but Greg can decide the order on the day.

The permit covers Jamieson - Mt Skene Summit - Jamieson on Saturday 10 August for the above vehicles and using channel 26 but I guess we can change that on the day. There was no need to register the passengers just the drivers and vehicles. I have asked if there is capacity to add any additional cars (max is 10) and am awaiting that response.

So now is the time to book accommodation if not already done so.

Greg are Max Trax of any use in the snow? Beng said he has snow chains. Beng is a new member who may be at the June meeting. I will not be there as I am in Sydney all week.

Greg I will email the final approved form with your name on it when it arrives tomorrow.

4WD Vic said that date is almost full so we got in just in time.

I am staying in Mansfield Friday and Saturday nights but will stay for a pub meal at Jamieson on Saturday night I expect. My wife is also coming (at this stage anyway but always subject to a change of mind).
