Hi Team,

Thanks everyone for a great day out.

This time around the weather gods were kinds to us - we had 3 days of rain ahead of the trip, and very nearly none on the day of the trip.

It was everything we needed to turn Toolangi State Forest into a fun day out.

How wet was it? Some of us got up the Steps, Aeroplane was drivable, but Blowhard (up) was basically impossible.

It was also great to have our newest member Brad along for the day as a passenger to have a look-see at how and what we are driving on these trips.
Thanks Dave, Wayne and Martin for all chauffeuring at various points of the day.

Hope to see you all out on the next big trip.

Thanks,
Greg

My fault Chris. I mistook your interest in the thread to be interest in the trip. Next time perhaps?

Hi Fellas.
Got home safe...mud all over the place!
I have had some really fun times since joining the Suzuki 4wd Club. This was no exception.
Genuine fun day. Difficult tracks, expert advice, great people. Makes it a learning experience as well as so much fun.
Also, a bunch of Sierras makes it even more special.
Thanks Greg for organising.
Regards. Wayne.....SUZUKI..SUZUKI!!

Thanks heaps Greg for organising and to everyone who ran up and down the hill with recovery gear trying to help me keep up!
I had an awesome time and learnt loads. :)
Here's some of the few moments I managed to catch on video between slipping over on tracks and trying to get the Jimny moving:

Thanks Greg for running another awesome trip
It was a really nice day out in the bush with mild weather and great tracks to drive for all
Thanks Darc for the passenger seat for the day and Dave for the lift back to my van at Yarra Glen.
Note to self pack some berroca to help later in the day if I’m running winch rope
