Hey Dan - since you are navving on Sat and Sun, give us an idea about where we will be entering and exiting the forests - that way we can plan fuel and bakery action.
Thanks for all of your organisation, should be a ripper trip this year. Has it been raining at all in Melbs this last couple weeks? I've been in Tassy...

Here's the SAT & SUN Driving Plan:
Saturday - Neerim
Start in Neerim South (fuel is available). Main St in Town. Won't miss us. Start time TBA probably 8.30am meet for 9am departure.
Spend the day driving around Neerim. Couple of good tracks, "Fenceline, Dunny Track, Ellis, Old winch challenge drive through creek and up steep winch track". The ellis track area has about 5 different exits from easy to ridiculous and there will be something to challenge everyone.
Finish day with Pizza / Pub meal
Optional Canary from Warrigal Tog
Stay in Neerim South (pending accom options)
Sunday - Labertouche
Possible fry up brekky?
Start - We have two options - Either head to the highway and meet at the BP Servo and then backtrack back into the bush. Anyone joining us on this day?
Option two is to start at the motorbike parking area on Forest Rd at the intersection of Robertsons creek track. From here we will head north and hit up some of the classics in the area. Rough plan will be Robertsons Creek Track, Down Bullock Link Track, back onto forest rd head north...Options here dependant on how keen people are...is Gentle Annie Track and then up onto Walkers Track where Harley and I got benighted just before new years, an offshoot of walkers gets us to a hidden gem of soft bulldozered clay wombat holes which would challenge a rock crawler(have looked and there is no mention of this track being closed even though it's had some DSE attention - There is a winch wall exit - if you can drive it I'd be surprised - or keep heading north and onto the powelltown rd and drive woodall track from north to south. Crazy up hill rock and clay hill climb, V.steep...and then head back north into Warburton.
it will all depend how long we spend on certain tracks and how keen people are to have a big day. Flexibility is the key!
Finish day in Yarra Junction / Warburton (more food and accom in warburton)
Optional european movie viewing
