Folks - we appear to be in a bit of a bind here. There are 5 people in various levels of definate-ness looking for a spare seat on this trip - but there is only 1 seat confirmed as available.

I'm not aware of any other trip that this issue has occurred on.

I have discussed this with Steve, and he seemed keen to have a newbie along on the trip for a look-see rather than a club member who should be busy in the shed getting their junk running.

I'm also a little concerned that I will get there on Sunday morning and find all 5 of you standing around looking for a seat.

So -
For other possible drivers:
if you are going to be coming along to drive the tracks for this trip - please let me know ASAP so that we can work out if we have seat available.

For possible passengers:
please confirm that you are actually planning on being there so that i know if i am making this into a bigger issue than it needs to be, and need to try to find you a seat.

Luke, John, Marty i don't have contact details for you guys - please don't just rock up on the day without confirming that you have a seat.

I wont be coming, too much rain for my car and skill level for ellis tk.
