Thanks Brenton I worked it out in the meantime as well.

First post has been updated with participants. There are now less than 10 people listed but a new trip leader is required. I think this needs to be discussed at the next meeting next week then new paperwork can be submitted.

It would be good also if anyone else who might pull out can let us know before next Wednesday please.

I'll volunteer myself off the list so Hannah or Courts can attend with the new rules.

I have updated the first post with attendees after a few withdrawals. We also need to know if anyone in this list has a passenger so we remain within the person limit for outdoor gatherings. Richard and Willy P BTW will not have passengers and will sleep in their vehicles.

I just spoke to 4WD Vic. We can redo our paperwork towards the end of July. If the rules for outdoor gatherings are still a limit of 10 people at that stage then we will have to abide by that limit but if it goes to 20 then we will only have the ten car limit.
