Thanks Richard for organising a great trip, and to everyone else who came along it was a fun weekend. Not as dusty as the previous high country trip, and a lot colder with that wind.
After you guys left we stayed at Walhalla for a couple of hours, had a look at the cemetery, walked a part of the tram walk and did the Long Tunnel Extended Gold Mine Tour.
Thanks again everyone.

Hey all thanks for the weekend and thanks to Richard for the well run trip. Glad it was a little more challenging as still finding out the limits to my Vit,Still haven't found it yet. Maybe next time . Great catching up with all and thanks for the weekend as it was a sad time for me as my long time step dad passed away on the weekend so was able to have some time think of all the good times.
Thanks
Rob

My neighbour was in a group of 26 police & parks 4x4's that camped at Howitts Hut on Sat night. They froze in high winds all night! We made the right call to camp at Guys hut!!! Richard.

Tony and I saw that group heading down to Licola later in the morning. I counted about 20 of them. Certainly not the 50 the Parks lady said were coming. Sounds like they got special treatment because of their connections. Yes, glad we were forced back to a more sheltered location, it was quite exposed up there.
