It's unlikely I will be attending as I have had some health flareups in the last 24hrs.

Just a quick note
If you are interested in practical welding make sure you wear or bring leather shoes, long pants and old clothes or overalls. Welding tends to burn holes in things and I speak from experience that spatter inside your shoes is quite painful. If you have your own earplugs, leather gloves, or welding mask I'd recommend bringing them too.

Well, that was a great weekend.
Thanks for coming everyone - I had a great time, I hope you guys did.
The "next level of nonsense" build idea discussion between Mitch, Leigh and I went well into Sunday afternoon.

Thanks Steve for a great weekend. It was nice to have a smaller group to bounce ideas around, I've definitely walked away with a few more ideas for my car.
Ps - what size was the recaro spg?? that you have? I'm going to be keeping an eye out for one.

Thanks Steve for the quality advice again! Enjoyed the short visit and lateral thinking advice particularly on the slipping fan belt/ alt charging etc.
Cheers Richard
