The cable tie thing shouldn't be a problem, but it might be worth someone grabbing some coloured ties in case.

I'm more worried that if we don't find the folding boards, we're going to have 5,600 photos and nothing to put them on.

describe these folding boards and maybe I can hunt around for something to do the same job.

They were just panels of chipboard about 1m by 1.4m with hinges between them. (Two boards of two panels each ) They used to live behind the cupboard in the club hall but I'm not sure if they made it back there after the last wandin.

To tell you the truth they were massively heavy and unwieldy. I'm sure something better wouldn't be hard to sort out- 3 ply would be ideal.

Hi fellas. I got two sheets of 3mm ply, 1.220 / .810. Is two enough? I also have a folding trestle to mount them on. Will I bring that too, or is the mounting taken care of ?

Hi Fellas. I will bring the trestle to mount the 3 ply sheets on. It fits neatly in my tray and it is sturdy enough to be wind proof.
