Hi Fellas.
I drove the trip as planned yesterday. All the tracks are in good condition. After recent heavy rain a lot of the rubble has been washed off the steep tracks. And a few ruts have appeared. Traction is excellent and a fun days driving will be had.
We have a very good turnout....if all who nominated come along.
If we are over the 20 people limit, we can seperate into 2 groups, so no problem there.

The list of starters looks like this.

Myself and wife. Sierra.
Christover. Pajero.
Martin. Sierra or Vitara.
Mitch. (ww2 army jeep)
Brent and family?? Landcruiser.?
Richard P and Willy? Sierras.
Kelly.
Rod and passenger. Vitara.
Ben. Jimny.

Paul and passenger. Sierra.

Because a large group moves slowly, we won't make it back to Tipperary Springs as planned for our lunch break. So lunch will be on the tracks somewhere.
For newbies, a uhf radio, tyre pressure gauge and 12volt compressor are useful things to have..but not essential.
