If there is a driving trip on Saturday as well as Sunday I'll move the tech day.

All three destinations are close enough to Melbourne that there is little time saving to be had by running them together on the same weekend.
I vote keep them separated and spread out the trip calendar.
I can move the toolangi trip if the others can’t move.

I vote for Tech day on the Saturday and Toolangi on the Sunday. Mt Robbo on another weekend. That way I can bring all the family in the 105 to Mt Robbo but it's not really an option in the Sierra. Hence 2 different weekends.

i'm happy eitehr way. Best fit for our familiy calandar is tech day 3rd. Toolangi Saturday 9th but will work around what ever happens

Sorry - just noticed this post from earlier in the thread.
This trip would not be suitable for your Challenger. I think you’d want twin lockers and 34” tyres at least. Panel damage likely for wider bodied vehicles.
Very few bypasses.
Too hard? My car wouldnt get out of bed for anything less.

With a re run of Wayne’s last Mt Robertson trip for those that are keen maybe.
I have a friend from interstate visiting about then with his Pootrol and had been planning a short 2-3 night trip somewhere.
Would it work to do Mt Rob the day prior then tech arvo/night at Steve’s then Greg’s Toolangi trio ?

The tech day is likely a full day. Best to allow a full day for your mt robinson trip and a full day for the tech day. Give the trip destination and the trip leader the time they deserve for maximum enjoyment and reward.

Errr. 3 feb or 14 apr are my dates at this point. Both are 4 weeks either side of Tour.

It sounds like there is some interest in going there so you’d better hurry up and lock in the trip (on another weekend)
