Hi Fellas.
Hi akanam. Very welcome. Are you Kane with the Sierra who called me this afternoon?

How many cars do we have now?

If we exceed ten vehicles we will have to split into two groups.

Hi Fellas.
I think I have created a monster! :o
Hi Matt. At this stage we have 9 cars.
I was thinking the same thing. If we have to have 2 groups that is what we will do. Has anyone been on a trip with 2 groups before? I will need some help.
But its great for the club, I hope we can sign a few new members :D
Regards, Wayne.
(hope to see you on Sunday, Kane.)

Hi Fellas.
Thanks Matt. If we need 2 groups , Chris will lead the second group and Chen can tail my group. Chris and Chen have already driven most of the tracks so they will have an idea where we are going.
Can we have a roll call today?
Starters. Chris Vitara, Chen GV, Matt Nissan Navarra, Mike Jimny, Richard Sierra, Vlad GV, Dacian Jimny, akanam (Kane) Sierra and me Sierra. Hope I haven't missed anyone . Any advice, comments, feedback is welcome. Thanks fellas.
Regards, Wayne.
(Marty can't make it :( )

Hi Wayne, To comply with 4WDV insurance I think you also need a list of all vehicles + driver details + member/visitor etc as Steve 125 did on the last Howett track trip earlier this year. I think this is what the $10 fee covers for visitors on official club trips. See you tomorrow. Richard

Hi Fellas.
Thanks Richard. I have trip participation forms, temporary member forms, personal information forms, accident report forms, incident report forms and member renewal/new member forms with copies of Suzuki club rules. Also have a receipt book so I can issue receipts for temp member fees. :? Have I forgotten anything?
Regards. Wayne.

I am putting the trailer on now, so I don't forget it in the morning :)
So I have got plenty of room for paper work :)
