19th & 20th May is OK for me.
Thinking of the weather, how about going earlier instead of later. 21st & 22nd April?

Richard is only available later (not sooner) as i understand it.
Weather wise - dont you have factory air con on both your suzukis?
I'm pretty sure the long tunnel mine should be a nice temperature all year round.
Plus - if it's cold, it's always nice to sit around a fire and rip the top off a nice frosty hot chocolate right?

Perhaps its worthwhile to revise the proposed dates to 19/20 May on the Board for all to see ( unless there is a clash). Cheers Richard

I'm currently in the NE for the week. Will have a look at accom when back home next w/end but will need an idea of numbers - so if those who previously showed an interest could put their hands up again for the revised date I can make tentative enquiries and give best options by the next club meeting. The previous count I had was approx 14. I think that shared cabins at Rawson would keep cost down & may suit most members. For those who may prefer more private accom I suggest this would be at Walhalla at either the Star Hotel or the Windsor house B&B etc ( Higher cost also). Pub/bistro meal could be at Rawson or Erica on the Sat night.
