Ok So i'll be at Wandin, pimping my own company...have booked a site across the lane from the zook club so we can all heckle and throw shit at each other, and I can blind you all with my lightbars...it's also a good spot because we can watch the offroad racing display demos during the day.

Hi All,

I have received the exhibitor passes now and have 8 of them, if anyone wants they can pick them up from richmond during business hours or caulfield after hours before sunday.

The organisers have insisted that we only use fluoro coloured cable ties so we can find them when cleaning up
We have been allocated sites 80 and 81 near the exhibitor parking and offroad racing demo area

Hopefully everyone is still ok bringing what they promised, Harley looking at you for the BBQ!

Please let me know if you are staying on sat night, I think Dank and Harley are confirmed at this stage, who else is going to join the fun? I am sure there there is room for a few more in their roof tent

I can help set up on saturday afternoon but won't be staying the night.

What time do we need to be there Sunday morning?

I'll be coming Saturday night,
after dinner,
so I won't be in on the roast dinner.

If they don't let me in without a pass,
I'll park and walk over to borrow one.

What time will there be peoples there on the stand?

What time should I arrive to set up my marquee? Do you need the TV/Video player?

Thanks Chris, we wont need the tv/video thing, can we meet at the place at around 7.30pm? Sorry I cant get there any earlier but if you guys want to set up before then I can come meet you after

I think we want the marquee on one of the inside corners of the stand and we can work out the rest on the day.

If you are coming down on Sunday please try to arrive around 8am, we want all cars on the stand to arrive by then.

Chris, if 7.30pm is too late, I can be there earlier and help you put up the marquee, two of us should be able to handle it.

Just confirming I will be bringing the two boxes of t-shirts/merchandise.
