Personally being from Geelong I would prefer a day drive.
The easy-medium trip was harder enough for me last time.

can you define a day drive Brad? Do you just mean a tarmac drive to scenic locations?

Ha Ha...

No I mean I would prefer to go 4 wheeling during the day while the sun shines.
Not at night as I don't particularly like the idea of getting back to Geelong in the wee hours of the following morning.

Night drives are fun... Specially when you get home when the Sun is starting to rise.

my car isnt mobile, and we have a gv coming - so really i have no idea.
i'm guessing Rocky, Glenburn (what's left of it), steep track (easy side for most, but we could walk down and watch the drive up the hard part of Jonno's hill)...
what else do people in non-35'd cars drive out there?
anyone got a shotgun for me? if not, someone else will have to step up.

At this point I'll be driving the Pootrol. The zook still needs an alternator and radiator swapped out. That said the pootrol needs a snorkel and a cv done. I'd better get something done this week.

Roll Call guys... here are the people that i have down as interested parties for this trip... is anyone still keen?
Greg - Sierra
Mika - Sierra / Wrangler
Brad - GV
Chris L - Vitara with no air con
Andrew - Wrangler (cancelled due to work)
Jim - lwb sierra
Marty - Vitara with super tyres and spare tail-lights
I still might be looking for a spare seat on the day (and a hot cup of coffee - the tour is killing me already).
