Right o then.

Seems to be a busy month coming up.

The committee has had a meeting and decided upon a $10 entry fee for the trials which will cover a BBQ dinner as well. The funds will go towards the purchase of the required bunting and witches hats.

To make this work we need a minimum of 10 vehicles locked in and secured. To do this we’ll need people to pay their entry fee by Friday the 11th Feb. If there aren’t the required numbers any monies paid will be returned in full, in this case we’ll just run a social trip and save a whole lot of work and money in the meantime.

The next working been will be on Sunday the 13th Feb which will involve the brush cutting at the top of the hill.

So far we have

Extreme class
James - LWB Sierra with gears, lockers and 36's
Steve 36’s twin locked
Mika Jeep 35’s twin locked
Harley – Jimny 34’s twin locked

Touring (or extreme if you feel up for it)
Lloyd - LJ with gears, no lockers and 31's
Andrew – jeep 33’s twin locked
Jono 32’s twin locked
Marty Vit 31’s
Neo 31’s twin locked
Christover Vit 31’s twin locked

If you know of anyone planning on coming that is not on the list and does not have net access please let me know.

Please remember that the requirements for the trip are (if not met entry unfortunately can not be allowed)
• Structurally sound vehicle
• Functioning and roadworthy seatbelts
• Recovery equipment (snatch strap, shackles, recovery points)
• Head protection in form of an approved helmet

I’ll get Mock to chime in here with the requirement for either doors or wrist restraints

Hey Guys, as James said we need people to pay up to lock in numbers. Trials is a big thing to organise and is worth doing if we have the cars.
James and I cleared the hard track for the Saturday the other other week, its an awesome track for people with the big cars, ledges, rock and ruts. the next working bee is for the tracks up the top of the property for the more standard cars. Again we need people to help at the next working bee. A club event needs club members support.
On the issue of doors and head protection, I know there are a few members with helmets and im sure most will be happy to share.
I think doors we will discuss at next weeks meeting, I want some input from the people who will be taking them off.

Can some one please confirm the locked in dates.
Is the official date set for the 26/27 Feb?

Unfortunately, I am unable to make it to the working bee as it is my wife's birthday.
I will be in the total POO if I go 4wding etc that day.
