There was very strong interest in this at the meeting. Can you ensure you confirm attendance and when you plan on coming on here.

Currently confirmed:

Steve G
Neo (Saturday night/Sunday?)
Damo
South001

Keen but unconfirmed

lockfyne

I need to know who to expect and roughly when in the event people are lost/broken down/crash on the way there etc, just like any other club trip.

I have a commitment Saturday for a couple of hours but if there are some campers Friday night I'll come along then and pop out during the Saturday and may bring back the family for the afternoon. Would camp sat night too. Just me perhaps. I can bring along my manual post hole digger/shovel for the drop toilet

Hi Steve
I’ll be there about lunchtime Saturday and camp over.
I have a lamb forequarter roast in the freezer that would fit nicely in a camp oven if anyone is up for it.
Just need a volunteered camp oven.....I don’t own one.

Looks Like we are actually working in the Yarra Valley that day, so it might be easy, but we might have another job that day now. hmm.
