Better late than never!
Had a good turn out of 4 full cars on Sunday to have a play around Toolangi.
Myself and Ben
Jonno and Gav
Steve D and a little passenger (forgot his name)
And Brenton and a little one, who's name also escapes me.
We started off from Marginal rd and headed around to play on a couple of unnamed tracks.
One of them had some trees and boulders placed in very inconvenient places

but there was still a bit to play around on while we un-inverted one of Jonno's leaf packs.
Once we got that sorted, we headed over to Red's East Track (Jonno's walking track).
The three twin locked cars cruised up no problems, but Brenton's open front made it a bit trickier to get him up.
After loosing all forward drive, and finding out that towing up was impossible, we did a couple of winch pulls to get him through to where he could drive again, and finished off the climb.
Jonno left to take Gav back to the carpark at this point (and had a uni die on the way), while we headed off to check out Airplane.
At the top of the track we bumped into a couple of cars that where warned us that there was a group stuck somewhere down the track.
We started down the track and found the stuck guys right at the very start of the good bits, apparently they'd already been there over an hour and didn't seem like they wanted and help, so we turned around and drove back up all the fun bits.
It was pretty slick and there was a tonne of gooey mud in the rutted side of the track, and a big double step ledge that I made it up, Steve gave it a bunch of good hard cracks but missed out by about a couple of inches of Tyre, and Brenton bypassed.
Time was starting to get on, so we headed over to meet up with Jonno again, and finish the day up with Rocky track.
It was in good shape, and very drivable. Everyone got up the main track without any drama, and at a very reasonable 4:30ish we called it a day and headed home.
Thanks for coming along and making it a great trip guys. Had a fun day out.
Cheers
Leigh
