I managed a tight wad Christover solution to the guards hanging too low and getting OUCHED,
thanks to some left over galv strips Steve125 gave me at start of the build,
and some repurposed rubber mats I removed from the inside a couple of weeks ago.
Only needed to buy a few cutting discs.
Didn't even need to buy any screws or paint, sometimes ya win :)
Tar paint don't look very pretty, but it is tuff and functional.
I think its kind of boat sided guards now,
trimmed to be same height as original side sliders at the front, with a beefed up edge wrapping around the side.
With the rear roughly matching and longer mudflaps.
May get fancy mud flaps one day.
Or not :)
