I can confirm that the shiny red Jimny is available. I waxed it over Christmas but it got dirty again but I will clean it before the show. I will not camp but will dive in for both days of the show. Sorry you cannot cut my car in half or do anything with it other than look at it.

I need to know what time to arrive Saturday and Sunday, how to get in(do I need a ticket), exactly where this show is and what time it finishes both days. Do we need to bring lunch or are there places to buy it. I can leave the fridge in the car so we can have cool drinks during the day if that helps.

Do you want me to print off some colour photos of the car in various places onto A3 sheets?

I should be at the meeting on 13 Feb at this stage.

Is it ok to turn up early with the car or does it need to be left over night?

It is fine to turn up early but I think they require the site to be set up by 8am if memory serves me

Set up times
Friday 9-4 Saturday 8-8 and must be done by 8am Sunday
There are to be no vehicles moving within the show grounds after 9am and before 4 30pm on the sunday

Where in Wandin is it held? So I just need to get a pass from you at the next meeting andf then make sure I get to site at about 7.00 am Saturday morning by the looks of it.

I would like to ask that everyone who intends on participating in the clubs stand for the upcoming wandin show come along to the meeting this wednesday night as I would like to give out the exhibitor passes to those who are going to be on the stand and/or helping to set up.

I will be there camping overnight on the Saturday so if you turn up iwthout having collected your pass at the meeting then I can come to the gate on saturday or sunday for you.

If you are coming in on the Sunday morning then you must be parked on the stand before 8:30 I think they said so make it an early morning.

There are no plans for lunch or drinks or anything provided by the club so BYO but I'm sure if we have a couple of CHILLY BINS of ice it will be appreciated.
there is ice available from the small grovery store in wandin where there was a stunning hot chick working last year so that's something.

Yeah that's boss Luke we don't need a vitara with 35s when we have a sierra in 37s.
I'm not too fussed on the BBQ but will leave it up to the ret of you to decise

Hi Jon, I am happy to help on Sunday 16th but will not have my Sierra (over in Tassie). I can't make the meeting wed night as still away. Can be there early on the day until finish. Cheers Richard
