surely your sierra has two spare seats?
yeah it does, it just lacks a front diff and all the front suspension, plus it has popped all 4 tyre beads, infact the tyres came completely of the rims somehow :D

my junk is now rolling again without rubbing tyres on the firewall.

two new ome hd springs (using 3 leaves due to ubolt lengths) are now installed and looking pretty good.

temporary shock solution in place (old rancho 9112).

and two ratchet straps now sitting in the cargo box so i'm not reliant on dank next time i bust a spring.

racv membership still in good order though.

Jim's out? What a girl!

Typical Jonno manouver too.

Oh well.

Dank - you are I are going and its going to be the bestest trip ever!

Current plan is to meet up with the medium trip group at the rendevous point, convoy to the tracks, air down and drive a bit together and then head off to do some hard stuff and (probably) meet up with the medium group again from time to time.

I'm sure that between your new ratchet strap, and the two new ones i have in my the back of my car, we should pretty much be able to get ourselves home alright.

Worst case - we call Mika for a tow (preferably not a tow from the jeep though)
