Re: Rear mount radiator thread
It might not be exactly the same p# but it would work a treat.

I run the 80 litre per minute one which is the smaller of two available. 4800l p/h
Mine only runs at 100% for very short periods of time. You could potentially run this without the water pump. I'm thinking you could either make up a blanking plate if the water pump pulley wasn't required or machine the fins off the shaft if you wanted to run just the electric pump.
If you are going the microtherm you will also need some Bosch temp sensors which the microtherm is precalibrated for. plug and play style. Any other temp sensors may not give you accurate readings.

Well unfortunately it looks as if I'll be having to go down the Davies Craig route. Between building a house, refencing the farm after the floods and having a kid the budget doesn't allow for the extra cost of the Bosch stuff.
The Bosch pumps are $220 ea x 2 plus the controller. I can buy the Davies Craig kit for $299 delivered. So for now we'll have to see how it goes. Worst case when the house is at lock up and the bank give me some of my capital back I'll swap it out.
I'll take some pics and post up as I go along with the refit.

dont feel that the DC pump will be inadequate...it's far from that. There are a number of rigs doing finke, aus safari etc that run these pumps with excellent results So davies Craig told me last time I spoke to them.
