yeah - it's kinda cool but I reckon there were a few takes in some of those moves, and he's a bit "loose"

I was impressed, even with the editing & re-takes, but that's probably because of my lack of experience with cars. I was surprised they didn't edit out the bit where he hit the wooden 'berm' though.

Oh it's cool, don't get me wrong, but the edits and prangs made it look to me like he was overstretching a bit. IMHO most of the high level Japanese drift drivers wouldn't have any trouble matching this.
If you're after some mad skillz - google "Ruf Lap1.wmv" or thereabouts or search "Ruf CTR nurburgring" on Youtube -
It's a video of Stefan Roser driving the 1050kg/500hp Ruf CTR "Yellow Bird" at Nurburgring. It's from the late 80's. His car control and confidence is mindblowing.
