Coffs Harbour Queens Bday

Hi All,

Bit of an ambitious trip but want to see if we can get this going.

I have been chatting to Beery who came on tour, and watching some videos of the Coffs area. We think there is a solid 3 days of hard driving there and want to see if we can run a trip.

Aiming for the June long weekend to help people with one day less of leave from work.

Plan would be to drive up over the weekend of the 6-7th of June (I suggest allowing 2 days to get there). 3 (possibly 4) days of hard driving in the Coffs area led by Beery, before we head back home. So you would only need 4 days of leave from work and 7 days from the family. (Leave Sat Morning, return Fri night)

This will be a hard trip - min 31s, twin lockers and a winch would be required. And a reliable car - this is not the trip for any freshly built cars to come on for their first outing unfortunately. Obviously trailering would be recommended but each to their own.

There is a campsite near the tracks that we can book sites at, it seems like it has plenty of room for us and our trailers. Has toilets and showers.

11 weeks until then, who is interested! Good option for those with cars who aren't quite up for tour, but have moderately built cars as well.
