Tasmania 2025 - Medium Trip

Post by stevend34 »

**Expressions of interest please**

In September 2018 we had a cracking trip, 10 cars, lots of great driving and fun times. Many commented it is the best club trip they had ever been on.
Having had such a successful trip, in 2021 we started plans to head back and finish off some tracks we never got to, however this thing called Covid got in the way of that
Will round 2 happen in 2025? Will it be in conjunction with our adventure trip also happening at the same time?

Dates: 7? Days including Labour day weekend which is Monday 10th March 2025

Rating: Medium

Location: Open for ideas, however likely to be Northwest Tasy, tackling tracks we did not get to last time. May need to work in with Adventure Tour Trip also if we plan to cross over

Note: We are likely to have a 10-car limit.

In order to begin planning, I’m looking for expressions of interest. This is not a commitment at this point. If I can get 6 other cars interested, by end of September, I’ll lead us into a planning phase.

Feel free to contact me if you want some more details.

Are you interested??

Hi All, Well, we got to our 6.
In chatting to Luke, adventure is NOT going to be in Tasy. A suggestion has been made we push this trip back around a month, which will allow those on tour to come along. School holiday is from 5th April. That could be good and bad. Let's chat about if this works.
Who is interested in planning with me? I’m thinking dinner my place (Belgrave Heights) on Wednesday 20th November. Who can come to the planning night (I’m not planning this on my own😝)

I plan to be at the meeting. Weather looks ok if trip moves to April. https://weather-and-climate.com/averages-Tasmania-April
