Noojee. July 23. Easy/Medium.

Post by luigi »

An easy / medium trip in the Noojee State Forest. Will be similar to the Noojee trip we did last year.
Degree of difficulty depends on the weather, but mud tyres are certainly an advantage. (no road tyres)
Meeting at the Noojee Picnic Ground at 9.00 am Sunday July 23.
There is no reliable fuel available in the area, so fill up before you get there. Takeaway is available.
Last year there was a fair bit of snow on the ground, so expect it to be cold.

Hi Wayne. I might be a starter for this one. The only proviso is if 4WD Vic go ahead with their all day training course for committee members on 22 July then I will have difficulty getting a leave pass for both days so the training course will take preference. I will let you know if they come good with it or not.

Hi Wayne. 4WD Vic came good with their training course on 22 July and I will attend that. I am sure it won't be as interesting as your trip but unfortunately I can't get away on both days so duty calls so to speak and I will attend the committee training course.

Non members are welcome on trips, but a small payment is needed to cover insurance.( EDITTED $15 )
Check with Wayne on the phone number in first post, see if there is room on the trip for you.

Joining the club can be done online, info should be in the public section.
Also there is a meeting Wed 12th July. AMRA hall, Wills St Glen Iris (opposite Station)

Hi Fellas.
Hi Jemdog. There is always room on our trips for new people.
You can either join the club or pay a temporary member fee on the day of $15.
The temporary members fee was raised to $15 at the last meeting.
