Any idea on thickness of gasket to use when rebuilding a tcase ?

0.3mm. I assume you're making your own gasket? I don't recall them being very expensive from the dealer if that's more convenient for you

ive bought from this guy before, parts are usually genuine maruti or sometimes SGP. only downside is its 2 weeks or so for it to arrive

I have both the tcase gaskets brand new. you can have them free.
