When it comes to uncontrolled public forums yes....

Many recruitment companies are beginning to have searches conducted of the usuals - Myspace, Facebook etc etc, to get background information on candidates. So generation Z could be blogging their way out of future employment, particularly positions of responsibility.

Picture the scene - good suit, best behavoir - yes I am a trustworthy / reponsible potential employee. Well that's interesting why are you making your own home grown "JackAss" videos or getting plastered / stoned etc etc...

So yes - I prefer my Daihatsu "moments" to remain within the club.
