I had an absolute ball, some of the best driving I have done so far I think.
Was really chuffed with myself that I had to pull jon over the same rock I drove without assistance,
just wish I already had my rock sliders fitted but oh well.
There were certainly a few hairy moments even for those spectating.
Just got to get my darn locker solenoids fixed/replaced and I should be right for one or two days of AT craziness.

We had 8 cars of varying levels of modification and driver experience.
First Track was a warm up on Rocky since we had Wayne and Waz along on their first trips and I needed to ensure that we had a reasonable level of driver skill before hitting something more challenging. All of the cars got up Rocky no problem.
We then descended Robertsons (rutted section) and had our one and only convoy mishap for the day.
The cars re-grouped and then ascended Robertsons through the ruts, and then up through the rocky section. We had a few minor issues here but nothing too major. A blown fuse on an air locker (better than a broken axel), and a bottomed out vitara were our main holdups.
The group then descended Bullock Link. Everyone drove the off camber line between the bog holes and we all descended the rock steps with minimal fuss (except for Cinders who provided us all with an eye full of vehicle underbelly on two occasions).
The final track for the day was Anderson’s back in the Gembrook area, but there was minimal challenge to be had here.
All in all it was a great day out. We had some newbies all get through unscathed, we were blessed with some fine weather and everyone had a good time.
Hi Fellas. That was an amazing day. I felt like I was a new member of a team. Everyone helped and everyone had good advice. It felt like everyone wanted me to succeed. Did I have fun? Yes, I think so. Was it exciting? Sometimes very. Will I do it again? Yes.
Thanks Greg and all the team.
I also have a lot of photos, but I don't know how to post them.
Oh, sorry, the convoy mishap was my fault. Sorry! Next time I will do it better.
Regards. Wayne.
Hi fellas. Some really good pictures of our cars. Its a real thrill to see my car on the internet. I reckon we all like to see our cars. Thanks Steve for putting my car on your video. I reckon there was some more interesting things than my car. I have 41 pictures on my camera, but I am still trying to figure out how to put them on the computer.
Regards. Wayne.
It's free to sign up and reasonably easy to use. You up load images into an album, resize them so they don't take up the whole screen and then it gives 'links' which you can copy and then paste into a reply.
If you quote my post above with the photos in it you will the types of links photobucket creates.
