The Marquee is plain white. I do have two banners that can go across the top of it but it is signage for my businesses (Ecomist and BunnyBlasters). You could attach a sign to the banner (the reverse side is white). I have tried to upload a picture of the marquee with banner, but the site will not let me do it.

Also does anyone have a 3x3m eazy up we can use for the suzuki factory racing top that we have been given?

Mock has said that he will take care of the eazy ups and banners so Chris with yours as well we should be sorted there.
Just need the BBQ and other items. The club will pay for a gas fill for anyone who can bring theirs?

Thanks Matt, I will put you down for a pass and assisting on the day. Can you bring any of the items listed?

If we have one that's great but as the bbq is only for members I don't think we need to worry?

Sorry to be a pain and not put my hand up, but I seem to be travelling at the drop of a hat lately. If you like, I can bring up my jimny and put that on the stand.

I reckon the Jimny would be cool on the stand.

Thanks for the vote of confidence steve! It is about time I gave something back to the club that I have taken so much from. I love my job but it can be annoying at times. Last time, unless I pissed of the CEO of the company I wasnt "allowed" to come home one day early even though my now ex-girlfreind was moving her stuff out that day!gwagensteve wrote:I reckon the Jimny would be cool on the stand.

I can bring a 150w 12v Sinewave convertor (to charge a laptop) and run it off my Aux battery on the Jim. (no laptop as my $2k company one is brand new and big issues if something happens to it
I can bring one med/large esky and one Small/med esky with ice.
I will see if I can get a portable BBQ to fit in the back of the Jim.
I can get some meat if no one else can.
I will prob tow my light weight camper trailer and chuck a forsale sign on it, (if there are no objections) as I never use it.
If someone wants to meet me at Paky or Mt burnett (cockatoo) they can drive up with me. This could be handy as I will prob be hung over the next day and not want to drive
I wont be at the meeting tommorrow night, so please let us know the outcome.
