Re: High Country Lite, easy camping

Hey Darcy, thanks for the info. I'll be joining the trip solo & will be camping in Sheepyard Flats on Friday night, to take the edge of the trip there from Melbourne. Hopefully I get to meet couple of the Suzuki members that'll also be there on Friday. Weather forecast looking good too, the skie...

Re: High Country Lite, easy camping

G'day Darcy and team,
I assume we give you all details, names etc on the day along with the cash for insurance etc?
Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but which campground are we spending Saturday night in?

A bit more than a week away, I'm very excited!

Re: High Country Lite, easy camping

Hello team,
Very keen to finally join ny first ever trip with the group.
I currently have a 2009 Grand Vitara stock as a rock, with All Terrains.
Was wondering if there's still more room for me +1. Also, does the trip end on Sunday arvo let's say? Not sure if I got that right.
Cheers.

Re: 1st Gen. XL-7 Front Recovery Points

Hey Jonno & Steve, Thanks so much for your guys replies. Took me a solid year to realise that there were replies to my thread, haha. In the meantime I had abandoned the idea of joining a club, but now after seeing your replies I got very excited to know I had the wrong impression. Thank you for ...

Re: Snow Trip 13th and 14th of August

Hi Jonno, I appreciate your reply. Although I have the Falken ATW3 which are supposed to be suitable for snow driving aswell, it's probably wiser if I just join you guys on other trips first before attempting sonething more challenging. At the moment Im looking for ways to installing 2 aftermarket f...

1st Gen. XL-7 Front Recovery Points

Hey team, Got a 2001 XL-7 which I use as a daily, while also setting up for more camping and 4wding trips. Have got oversized AT tires (235, 70 R16) that give me 22cm ground clearance from the chassis' lowest point, on stock suspension, which I will perhaps replace with a lift in the future. Car als...

Re: Snow Trip 13th and 14th of August

Hello team, I haven't joined any of the club's trips yet, as I'm yet setting up my XL7 for trips. However I'd love to make it to the snow trip on the 13th and 14th of August. How could I get more information about it, such as vehicle requirements, accommodation etc? Cheers and hope to meet the Suzuk...
