Hi guys

I'm running a prospective trip leaders night on the 6th November.

Venue: My work - 8 Mercier Street Coburg

Time: 6.30 PM onwards

Food: We'll order in some Pizza.

Format: Pretty much an informal night to discuss trip leadership, how to plan, organise and run a trip. I'm hoping some current trip leaders can attend to add their insight. It's really to encourage more trip leaders to have a go. We'll discuss the Adventure Activity Standards, insurance requirements, standards, choosing a route - lots of stuff.

Numbers: I'll need at least 6 or so prospective trip leaders to make this one float.

if we don't get the numbers for this, perhaps we could have it at the club meeting instead? in the same way as we have the AGM...

the audiance will be the same. and we can lock the doors once they enter and not let anyone leave until they schedule their one trip for the year
