Hi Chris and all,

I have been in communication with 4wd Vic on a few of these matters and I don't think there is any cause to panic as yet.
This is a standard process that takes place each year where 4wd Vic need to be approved to administer the Mt Skene permit system by the local council who are responsible for closing the road.

It seems like things are a little slower this year due to corona virus as would be expected, but beyond that, I don't think we need to be too concerned as yet, but of course as we learn more I can keep you updated

Lets ensure everyone gets their names and rego's finalised an on the list so once we get the green light we can submit the forms and get in early, I think the biggest risk right now is that we miss out on the dates we want due to others getting in before us so lets work together to have all our ducks in a row so we have the best chance.

The 2020 My Skene forms are now available. I plan to submit this week but at this stage we only have 5 cars for the day trip. If anyone else is interested I need your full name (do not need names of passengers) your rego and vehicle make/model. Please post them up ASAP if interested.

Hi Max and Peter. The permits have been submitted and already been issued. However there may be an opportunity to participate. At this stage we may have an opening for one vehicle on the day trip. I think we should start a waiting list and them make all the changes in one go. Let us work this out over the next few weeks.

I have updated the list in the first post and added a wait list. Can all attendees please check that the rego details are correct and confirm that you still intend to participate. David V and Chris S I particularly I need to know if you are in or out.
