Hi All.
This should alarm us all. South Gippsland Shire Council has a draft local law located here:

Click on the 2.1.1 Draft General Local Law and scroll to items 14 & 15.
The Council want to restrict the use of recreational vehicles on private land. Permits can be issued for certain land sizes.
Also camping would be a permit activity.

These proposals are ridiculous and we should talk about putting in a submission in as a club.
I have emailed 4wdVic and let them know also.

This is happing in most shires now, You can’t even park a caravan/Motorhome with out paid permits Coming soon to a shire near you
Out shire has been amending camping in it to 5 days, then a permit for 28 days in one year and were close to the Grampians and Mt Cole
