Annual General Meeting - 7:30PM Wednesday July 10th

The AGM will be held immediately following the general meeting on Wednesday 10 July. To accommodate the additional meeting the start time will be 7:30pm and Pizza will be supplied by the club. It is important that we get a good attendance at the AGM where elections for the committee will be held.
If any member would like to nominate for any position on the committee feel free to contact any of the committee members or post up your nomination here.

Feel free to nominate for any position even if others have nominated. We just have a secret vote to select the committee. Well secret from those that nominated anyway. This is a great opportunity to get some experience at running a club and to see what is involved. As you all know I am retiring after 5 years I think as Secretary but will keep on doing the CPS administration. As Jon states all positions are open for nominations.
Jon a note about that we need to vote for the creation of a new non executive committee position of Secretary (CPS) to make that legitimate. Assistance will also be provided to anyone who is selected as the new secretary.
