I have emailed Shaun to tell him he will get registered. If anyone is going to pull out please let me know as soon as you make that decision so our number 11 can get on board.

Shaun's details have been submitted. I need to phone 4WD Vic to make sure they processed it. Yes 4WD Vic said 10 August was now pretty well full but I am not sure how many convoys that will be.

I have some bad news. I got an email from 4WD Vic and then I phoned Ian to clarify. The day trip is limited to 8 vehicles so that means Greg is the cut off. Unless we have someone drop out Damian and Shaun are not on the permit. Sorry Damian and Shaun. That means we have three on the waitlist. There is a limit of 80 vehicles on any one day and that limit has been reached.
The other group also has a.limit of 8 and Leigh was the last one added to that group that was accepted.

Well that's supremely disappointing we were all really looking fwd to the trip
Makes a mess of our plans now
We may head up that weekend anyway and do our own thing during the day and meet up for the evening meal etc I will discuss it with the family and post a reply
