who knows some good places to camp that arent caravan parks where you have to sardine up against people who pretty much just brought their whole house!
but also 2wd accesible :D

mite be doing a camping trip there on cup weekend with the family.

mount stapleton in the northern gramps has been quiet when i have been there, mianly climbing bums.. some good walks up there too
and mount zero olive farm makes a wicked lentil burger

Southern Gramps are also very quiet with some great epic adventurous style day walks. There are heaps of campsites around. I'm one of those "climbing bums" you speak of....Stapleton is always full of them.
