Yeah, Ive been watching him too.
He is a professional rollcage guy, with limited tools but gets the job done.

$9.5K is a hell of a lot of drill bits, grinding discs and holesaws.

I might get a plasma cutter once the new shed is all setup though.

When I win the lottery I'll build a huge shed with 4 hoists with all the gear and it can be the club fab and maintenance headquarters. I'm still buying grinding discs from Bunnings. I'm a long way off a plasma cutter. Gotta start somewhere I guess.
