Safari 18th 19th 20th Oct.

Post by porter.8.luke »

Start point to be posted the week befor the trip.
It will be gippsland Warragul way.
It is a solid medium trip.
Camping for two nights fuel and food for two days.
Start 20:00 and driving to camp around midnight.

Should be covering under 160km so not a long trip but some tight slow and some hi range stuff. Should be good a nice start to the ( hopefull) anual trip.

Hey Luke - did you mean to have it on the 'closed' side of Cup Day?

Hi Greg. Yes I wanted to have the trip sooner and next year it will be. That way there is more time befor Cupday. It has just worked out this is a good weekend for what I have planned.
If you are interested Mike give me a call and I will run through some things with you.
Cheers
Luke

Hi Fellas.
Hi Luke.
Midnight camp. Campsite unknown in Gippsland hills.
Weather conditions can change very quickly at that time of year.
Sounds like good practice for Tassie Mk2.
Count me in. :D
Regards. Wayne.
