Hey Mike - everyone survived - but it appears you need to be on face book to hear about it.
This weekend was an interesting exercise in communication which identified a few areas for improvement for all of us i think. I know i certainly have some learnings to take away from this year.

That's a shame about updates. At least something on the club FB page or in the members section. Do I need to start sending out a heap of friend requests?

Facebook is just so much easier to host pix and vids. Especially for tech challenged peeps. Time poor people can even upload on the go via mobiles etc. Whereas forum postings involve more work, uploads to 3rd party sites for linking, or needing to resize all pix to allow uploading to forum directly. So Facebook always gets done first. I know people who did not even know that we can show pix here. I am sure stuff will get to forum in time. Info can't easily be copied and pasted from FB to forum, as FB is more like a chat about individual pix or vids, rather than a trip report in one page.

I think the guys that did end up using it used if for two nights except Jonno's mate, so I'm ok with him paying less. I will make up the difference.
